Preparation time - 30-35 minutes
200g sushi rice cooked
2 avocadoes quartered
4 seaweed sheets
1-2 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream
6 crab sticks
Lay out the seaweed paper and add a ¼ of the rice and spread out evenly a ¼ of the way up the seaweed paper. Now drizzle some Heinz Salad Cream through the middle. Add avocado on top along with 1½ crab sticks. Wrap the roll tightly and use a little water on the end of your finger to moisten the end of the roll. Cut with a very sharp knife through the middle, then slice in half again and serve.
