Spaghetti Niçoise

Serves 4
Preparation time - 30 minutes

350g uncooked spaghetti
1 can drained tuna in water
12-16 black olives
6-8 sun dried tomatoes
70g blanched green beans
6-8 anchovy fillets
1½ tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream

Cook the spaghetti and drain.

Place in a large mixing bowl with all the ingredients and mix well, serve on a large platter.

Add 2 boiled eggs quartered optional.
