Couscous with Wok Fried Vegetables

Serves 4
Preparation time - 10-15 minutes

500g cooked couscous
100g french beans
100g mushrooms
1 clove garlic crushed
1 small white onion diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2-4 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
4-6 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream

Heat a pan or wok with the olive oil and add the beans, mushrooms and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the garlic. Cook for another minute, now mix into the cooked couscous and add the tomatoes and Heinz Salad Cream. Mix well and serve.
