Preparation time - 5 minutes
4 slices white or wholemeal bread
200g cooked chicken
2 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream
2 celery stalks
Chop the chicken and dice the celery, place in a bowl with the Heinz Salad Cream and mix well. If you are not eating this straight away take a few salad leaves and place on the bread, this stops the bread going soggy. Now add half the ingredients to each sandwich and serve.
