Preparation time - 3-5 minutes
250g lean steak
2 wraps
2 tablespoons Heinz Salad Cream
4 lettuce leaves
2 teaspoons English mustard
1 plum tomato
Sear the steak in a non-stick pan, on a very high heat for 2-3 minutes each side. Place on a chopping board to rest.
Take a wrap and spoon over 1 teaspoon of mustard then add 2 lettuce leaves and slice the tomato in ½ slices and place half on each wrap. Now slice the beef and add ½ to each wrap along with the Heinz Salad Cream. Wrap, cut and serve.
